    I love these things! The adjustable slide on the tweezers is easy to,use and it stays where you leave it. Being a guy, I don't have the big nips like the gals,do, so these work out great no matter what size nipples you've got. They can be mild (where they fall,off if tugged) or downright painful if you move the tension bar all the way up. I'd prefer the metal balls to be heavier. Be careful not to leave them on for more than abou 20 minutes so,as to prevent any damage due to loss of circulation. Bottom line, for the price and ease of use, these are definitely a 5 star item!
