    Good if you are large to begin with.

    If you have an average or smaller penis, start with a smaller pump. I thought I was big enough at 6.5 inches to need something larger than the 8 inch tubes that the smaller ones have but this is way too large. I also had trouble keeping a good seal around my cock, the donut ring was tight enough that I had trouble getting my dick out when I was ready to. But I still think it is a good pump for the right person and if the new pump works well I may need to go back to this one.

    The pump was gigantic.
    I pulled the pump out of the box and stuck my dick right in it, right in the kitchen, right after work, and since i got it every free chance and alone time i get.
